Recently launched as part of the NatReCo initiative, "Manage" is the second product of SCOR's Ecological Restoration Insurance Solution. Yesterday the Young Professionals Network at SCOR, in collaboration with the US internship program overseen by Elizabeth Snodgrass, hosted a global session on cross-cultural communication. This event connected junior employees based in our offices in Paris, Zurich, Cologne, Milan, and across the US. With global reach and global impact, the reinsurance industry tends to be particularly international and SCOR's 3700+ employees includes individuals from nearly 70 nationalities, making cross-cultural communication a key skill for our teams. Our experienced speakers Renato Sivieri , Javier Zavala, ARe, and Jean-Francois Langlois shared their personal experience living and working abroad and collaborating closely with colleagues around the world. They also offered practical advice on navigating a multicultural professional environment, providing valuable tips to our young professionals to apply in their careers at SCOR.
