🧬🧪🔬 Aujourd’hui, j’ai eu le privilège de participer en tant que membre du jury aux projets fil rouge des étudiants de 5e année de l’école d’ingénieurs Sup’Biotech, majeure Recherche et Développement. J’ai eu l’opportunité d’assister à six présentations d’une qualité remarquable, mettant en lumière des designs expérimentaux particulièrement aboutis dans le domaine de l’agroalimentaire. Cet exercice exigeant pousse les étudiants à relever un défi ambitieux : partir d’un thème imposé, définir une question scientifique pertinente, élaborer un protocole expérimental, et établir un plan d’expérience réaliste. Le tout doit s’inscrire dans un cadre contraint par le temps et le budget, avec un suivi du projet sur deux années, à raison de quelques semaines par an. À l’issue de ce travail, les étudiants présentent un manuscrit rédigé sous la forme d’un article scientifique, ainsi qu’une soutenance devant un jury. Je tiens à féliciter ces futurs chercheurs et ingénieurs pour leurs travaux passionnants et leur engagement dans ces projets d’envergure. C’est un immense honneur de contribuer, à mon niveau, à leur formation et de voir naître des initiatives prometteuses pour le futur.
