During #RolandGarros, #MobilizePowerSolutions deployed a temporary charging solution to support the electric mobility needs of the participants. Renault, a premium partner of Roland-Garros since 2022, provided a fleet of 90 electric vehicles for the 2025 edition, including 50 fully electric #Renault #Scenic #Etech, 30 #Renault4 #Etech electric, and 10 #Renault5 #Etech electric models. This fleet operates from 7 am-1 am daily from May 14 through June 9. With our partner MTech Facilities, Mobilize Power Solutions installed a custom charging station on the Longchamp racecourse. The station includes 24 charging points of 22 kW, 24 points of 11 kW, and 2 charging stations with a max. power of 200 kW. The setup features 4 kilometers of power cables laid across 700 meters of aluminum bridges to avoid ground contact and ensure site safety. A container transformer converts the on-site 20,000-volt supply to 400 volts. A dedicated team is present 24/7 to ensure smooth operation, supported by an online supervision tool that quickly detects any anomalies. The installation is complemented by 7 #Renault5 equipped with V2L (Vehicle-to-Load) technology, used to power six lighting masts and a dual vacuum station, without drawing from the 20,000-volt line, thus preserving maximum charging capacity and ensuring the entire EV fleet is fully charged by 7 a.m. each day. Mobilize offers practical, tailor-made solutions to support individuals and businesses in their transition to electric mobility. Utrecht makes history with #Mobilize 🏆 Utrecht has become the first European city to implement a car-sharing solution equipped with Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) technology. “Utrecht energized” is a unique collaboration between @Renault Group, Mobilize, MyWheels, We Drive Solar and Gemeente Utrecht. A world first in bidirectional AC charging: cars store solar energy and return it to the grid during peak hours. The initiative supports a more sustainable and efficient energy system in a city where 35% of roofs are already equipped with solar panels. The goal is to stabilize the electricity grid while offering shared, sustainable and affordable mobility. Today, the fleet consists of 50 #Renault5 #ETech #electric. Eventually, 500 vehicles will be put into service, including #Renault4, #Megane and #Scenic #ETech. Together, these 500 bidirectional cars will be able to deliver 10 % of the flexibility required in the Utrecht region to balance solar‑ and wind‑generated electricity at peak times. Electric mobility made easier in Italy⚡ Following the signing of a framework agreement on 14 January 2025, Mobilize and Autostrade per l'Italia have obtained the necessary regulatory approvals to formalize their strategic partnership aimed at developing fast charging infrastructure in Italy. As part of this partnership, Mobilize has acquired a significant stake in Free to X, a leader in the high-power charging (HPC) market in Italy. The Free To X network consists of more than 110 charging stations, located mainly along motorways and spaced at an average distance of 50 km apart. These stations, powered by renewable energies, can deliver up to 400 kW of power and are accessible to all electric mobility service providers. This investment will help to meet the users' current needs while anticipating those of the future. “Mobilize’s strategic alliance with Free To X is instrumental in advancing the European electric vehicle ecosystem.
