    En ce 1er juillet 2025, Lesaffre a eu l'honneur d'accueillir Clara Chappaz, Ministre déléguée en charge de l’intelligence artificielle et du numérique et Xavier Bertrand, Président de la Région Hauts-de-France. Depuis maintenant deux ans, Lesaffre s'est engagé dans une transformation ambitieuse visant à accélérer le déploiement de l'intelligence artificielle, en ligne avec ses objectifs stratégiques pour 2025-2027. Pour relever les défis d'aujourd'hui et de demain, le Groupe a organisé ses efforts de transformation, Digital Data et Tech, autour de quatre piliers clés. L'amélioration de l'expérience client via des interactions omnicanales et personnalisées, l'augmentation des capacités R&D pour une innovation plus agile, l'optimisation des opérations industrielles, l'autonomisation des collaborateurs dans leurs méthodes de travail.     On 28 May 2025, Lesaffre and its long-standing partner Citra Bonang signed an investment agreement in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the presence of Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic, and Prabowo Subianto, President of the Republic of Indonesia.   Lesaffre and Citra Bonang have been working together since 2000 to distribute French baker’s #yeast in Indonesia. This agreement recognizes the strategic importance of strengthening Indonesia’s national production capacities in the #fermentation industry.   The signing of this investment agreement comes as Lesaffre’s plant in Malang is in the final study steps for phase 2 of its construction. This new stage testifies to the smooth operation of this production unit, which combines state-of-the-art technologies and Lesaffre’s long-standing industrial expertise.     Today, Lesaffre and Zilor announce the completion of the acquisition by Lesaffre of a 70% stake in Biorigin, a business unit of Zilor. This leads to the creation of a joint venture that will leverage Biospringer by Lesaffre and Biorigin’s complementary capabilities and competencies to enable enhanced yeast derivative and #savory ingredient solutions for #food and #feed markets. By combining strengths, Lesaffre and Zilor will unlock significant mutual benefits to deliver enhanced natural yeast-based #ingredient solutions to customers around the world. Lesaffre’s business units will benefit from this joint venture and will reinforce their position as key players in the human food, animal nutrition, pet supplement and aquaculture markets. This innovative partnership will accelerate the delivery of customer-centric solutions. It will rely on common values, recognized sales and technical expertise and on a global industrial network including Biorigin’s production unit in Quatá/São Paulo, combined with a vertical and sustainable supply chain.     From May 18 to 22, Lesaffre was present at the iba.TRADE FAIR in Düsseldorf! During these four days, Baking with Lesaffre presented its innovative vision and solutions for the future of baking with passion and enthusiasm. An opportunity to welcome customers, and partners on an immersive booth that further illustrates Lesaffre's commitment to working alongside bakers to meet their needs and the expectations of their customers. A key feature of the event was the presentation of insights from Lesaffre's 2024 international consumer study on #breadconsumption. On this occasion, the Group's experts shared valuable data that underscored the enduring importance of bread in global diets and its adaptation to contemporary health concerns. And above all, moments rich in sharing and energy that remind us that passion is at the heart of our activities every day.
