C’est avec une profonde tristesse que nous annonçons le décès de Monsieur Bruno Lacroix.
Père de Stanislas Lacroix, Bruno a été pendant plusieurs décennies une figure emblématique du monde industriel lyonnais. Il a présidé avec passion et détermination notre groupe familial Aldes, qu’il avait rejoint en 1967 alors qu’il ne comptait qu’une soixantaine de collaborateurs. Sous son impulsion, Aldes est devenu un leader européen dans le domaine de la ventilation, du traitement de l’air et du confort thermique, tout en restant fidèle à ses valeurs d’innovation et d’ancrage territorial.
Au-delà de son engagement entrepreneurial, Bruno Lacroix a consacré une part importante de sa vie à l’intérêt général. Il a exercé de nombreux mandats au sein du Medef, tant au niveau local (MEDEF Lyon-Rhône) que national, où il a occupé la vice-présidence. Il a également présidé le CESER Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, contribuant activement au dialogue entre les acteurs économiques, sociaux et institutionnels.
Homme de conviction et de cœur, il a été le président fondateur de la Fondation HCL qu’il a dirigée pendant 12 ans. Sous sa présidence, la fondation a permis de financer plus de 13 millions d’euros de projets au service de la santé publique et de l’innovation hospitalière.
Bruno Lacroix était également engagé auprès de la Fondation Émergence, œuvrant pour l’inclusion et l’accompagnement des personnes en situation de handicap ou en difficulté.
Son humanisme, sa vision et son énergie continueront d’inspirer celles et ceux qui ont eu la chance de le côtoyer.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Mr. Bruno Lacroix.
Father of Stanislas Lacroix, Bruno was for several decades a prominent figure in the industrial landscape of Lyon. He led our family group, Aldes, with passion and determination, having joined the company in 1967 when it had only around 60 employees. Under his leadership, Aldes became a European leader in ventilation, air treatment, and thermal comfort, while remaining true to its values of innovation and local roots.
Beyond his entrepreneurial commitment, Bruno Lacroix devoted a significant part of his life to the public good. He held numerous positions within Medef, at the local level, regional, and national levels, where he served as Vice President. He also chaired the CESER Rhône-Alpes, actively contributing to dialogue among economic, social, and institutional stakeholders.
A man of conviction and compassion, he was the founding president of local foundations supporting public health and innovation, and promoting inclusion and support for people in difficult situations.
His humanism, vision, and energy will continue to inspire all those who had the privilege of knowing him.
