EN/ Mohed Altrad's Appearance on L’Hebdo de l’Éco on CNEWS – June 19, 2025 Mohed Altrad, President and Founder of the Group bearing his name, was interviewed on June 19 regarding the possibility of reindustrializing France, at a time when the industrial sector's share of GDP has fallen from nearly 20% to less than 10% over the past few decades. He emphasized that the loss of know-how and the accumulated delays naturally make this a difficult and long-term challenge. However, he affirmed that such momentum is still within reach, even though catching up cannot be achieved in the short term. As the head of an international industrial group, with multiple sites in France and around the world, Mr. Altrad expressed his willingness to invest even more in France. Il a souligné que la perte de savoir-faire et le retard accumulé rendent bien évidemment la tâche difficile et de long terme. Toutefois, il a affirmé que la dynamique reste accessible, même si une remise à niveau ne peut se réduire à un horizon court. En tant que dirigeant d’un groupe industriel international, avec de multiples sites en France comme à travers le monde, le Président Altrad s’est dit prêt à investir plus encore en France. Il a estimé que la reconquête industrielle nécessite des décisions stratégiques fortes, des soutiens structurels, mais aussi la mobilisation des acteurs privés qui doivent être prêts à miser sur la production locale pour créer de la richesse au long cours.

ALTRAD Prices Successful Inaugural Bond Issuances with Significant Investor Demand (Press Release - extract)   Montpellier, France – June 18, 2025 – Altrad, a global leader in industrial services, is pleased to announce the successful issuance of its inaugural #public_bonds, following the company’s recent obtention of an investment grade rating of BBB- from S&P Global Ratings. The bond attracted exceptional investor interest, with an order book exceeding €6 billion for an initial expected offering size of €1 billion – a testament to the market’s confidence in Altrad’s strategy, performance and credit quality. In response to the strong investor demand, Altrad decided to upsize the transaction to €1.25 billion, issuing: · €550 million in a 4-year tranche priced at MS+155bps and an annual rate of 3.704% · €700 million in a 7-year tranche priced at MS+205bps and an annual rate of 4.429% Both tranches were significantly oversubscribed, with the total order book remaining above €6 billion throughout the process.
