Meet Our Team at AdhexPharma At AdhexPharma, every team member plays a vital role in driving innovation and delivering excellence in oral films and transdermal patches. Today, we're excited to spotlight our colleague Laura Pelletier, QA operational Pharmacist, who shares insights about their work and vision. 💼 What do you do at AdhexPharma? I am a pharmacist working in operational quality assurance. The ultimate goal of my role is to release product batches for commercialization while ensuring their quality, efficacy, and safety for patients. Before batch release, I must ensure product compliance by handling all related deviations. In case of any anomaly or change in production, the laboratory, or the storage area, I am responsible for defining the necessary actions to eliminate any non-compliance and assessing the potential impact on the product. ❤️ What part of your job do you like the most? I enjoy the versatility of my role and the opportunity to understand every step of the drug manufacturing process. While I’m not a specialist in each area, I get to be involved in many aspects of the process. This requires close collaboration with all departments across the company, which makes my work both dynamic and enriching. Thanks to this, I learn something new every day, whether it's technical, analytical, or regulatory. ✅ Three things on my bucket list: - Go on a safari in Africa - Volunteer with an animal protection organization - Own a large piece of land in the countryside

📷Une exposition signée Claire Jachymiak Chaque année, dans le cadre de son programme “Travail d’artiste”, Adhex invite un(e) artiste à porter un regard différent sur la vie de l’entreprise. En 2025, c’est la photographe claire jachymiak qui a mené ce travail en immersion, à travers un projet intitulé “Double vie”. Son objectif : révéler la richesse des parcours à travers une série de portraits de salariés d’Adhex Technologies et AdhexPharma dans leur environnement professionnel… et au-delà. 21 collaborateur·ices ont accepté de partager une part d’eux-mêmes : ce qui les anime, les passionne, les engage en dehors du travail. Le résultat donne à voir une entreprise portée par des personnalités singulières, engagées, souvent inspirantes. Le 7 juillet, l’exposition a été inaugurée dans nos locaux à Chenôve. Un moment de restitution, en présence de l’artiste et des salariés impliqués, pour faire vivre le projet là où il est né. Merci à toutes les personnes impliquées, Florence Cortat Roller, Bureau 205 et à claire jachymiak pour ce projet qui met en lumière la richesse humaine d’Adhex. #Dijon #exposition #travaildartiste #industrie

🏗️ Le chantier de notre nouveau bâtiment continue de progresser à un rythme soutenu ! Depuis notre dernière mise à jour, de nombreuses étapes ont été franchies sur le site de construction. La structure prend forme, et l’ensemble commence déjà à refléter ce que sera notre futur site à Chenôve. 📸 Nous sommes heureux de partager avec vous de nouvelles images de l’évolution du chantier. C’est une fierté de voir ce projet avancer concrètement, porté par l’expertise et l’engagement des équipes sur le terrain. 🔬 Ce bâtiment de 8 000 m² hébergera bientôt nos unités de production, de stockage, ainsi que nos laboratoires QC et R&D, contribuant pleinement à soutenir la croissance d’AdhexPharma. 🙏 Un grand merci encore au Groupe Guiton, partenaire clé de ce projet ambitieux. 🚀 Restez connectés, de belles étapes sont encore à venir ! #AdhexPharma #IndustriePharmaceutique #Innovation #Chenôve #Construction

Today, we're excited to spotlight our colleague Thibault Hamez, Finance Controller, who shares insights about their work and vision. 💼 What do you do at AdhexPharma? I have been responsible for management control at AdhexPharma for the past 16 years. My role is to provide management with indicators (sales, margins, results) as well as analysis reports and recommendations to enable budgets to be steered as effectively as possible in order to achieve the objectives set by management. The accounts are closed on a monthly basis to check that the results forecast at the time of the budget are in line with expectations. ❤️ What part of your job do you like the most? Preparing the budget is a particularly engaging task, as it sets the financial objectives for the year ahead. This work takes place between September and December, during which I collaborate with multiple departments (Sales, Human Resources, Production, and Purchasing) to gather as much information as possible and build the most accurate budget. AdhexPharma has experienced strong growth. When I prepared my first budget, the company had just 15 employees. Today, that number has grown to nearly 200. ✅ Three things on my bucket list: - Running a marathon - Owning a chalet in the mountains - Traveling around the world
