Here's a little #Dritev Summer Night recap: Part of the congress is of course the evening event after the first day. We went to the Kurhaus Baden-Baden again. It's an architectural masterpiece. Our guests were spoiled with a nice dinner, good music and beverages. One highlight were our casino tables. We hope that everyone enjoyed the evening and made great connections.

𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰 According to the experts at #Dritev2025, the transition to purely battery-electric drives is taking place slower than originally expected. Instead, the focus lies in #diversification. Hybrid solutions and range extenders will continue to play an important role in the mix of drive technologies. For two days, the experts discussed technologies and market trends related to drive systems in cars and trucks at the 25th edition of the popular congress. With around 600 participants, the great importance of Dritev as a platform for exchanging experiences and opinions as well as for networking was once again clear. Right at the beginning, congress chairman Thomas Pfund, Schaeffler AG, outlined the expectations for the technology mix of tomorrow: “Hybrid vehicles and the range extender, which has almost been declared dead, are becoming more and more important,” he made clear, and thus met with broad approval among the speakers and guests.

#Dritev2025 comes to an end. We closed the two days with final keynotes by Matthias Honzen, Hildegard Müller, and Martin Krüger (Robert Bosch GmbH) and a panel discussion. We had two days full of lectures, exhibitions and networking. Thanks to everyone attending, and to everyone presenting. We hope all attendees have some great take aways. Have a safe trip home!

The 25th Dritev started this morning! Congress chairman Thomas Pfund and Thomas Landsherr welcomed us all with a short speech. Their forecast for the powertrain technology is that a powertrain mix will remain. The focus will be more on a hybrid mix. They are excited to see how drive technology will develop and what solutions and forecasts we will hear at the congress. For everyone attending: enjoy the congress!
