That’s exactly what our President, Marc Hedrich has been doing - inviting employees in for honest, open conversations over coffee.   They’re small, relaxed gatherings where Marc meets with employees just to connect. No agenda. No slides. Just people, stories, and honest conversation. It’s a chance to share who we are - our backgrounds, what we care about, what motivates us - and to hear from Marc about his own journey, the lessons he’s learned, and how he sees our future. It’s not about job titles or roles - it’s about showing up as people, listening with curiosity, and connecting on a human level.   These conversations have sparked new ideas, laughter, and even a few unexpected insights. We’ve been capturing the moments with group photos, because they remind us of something simple and powerful: when we take time to listen, we grow stronger as a team.   As Vijay S. We are proud to share a beautiful example of how our Kia Europe team brings our core value “Care for People” to life.    In collaboration with Tafel e.V. Offenbach, we recently held a donation drive to support children in need as they take their first steps into school life.   Thanks to the generosity and kindness of our colleagues, we collected a wonderful assortment of school supplies, small toys, and sweets—helping to fill school bags for first graders and making their start to school more joyful and supported. 📚   This initiative was made even more special through our cooperation with our Design Center and Kia Germany, showing how much we can achieve together when we unite around a shared purpose.   #KiaEurope #CareForPeople #SocialResponsibility #TafelOffenbach #BackToSchool #ProudMoment
