Recently, the A.P. Moller - Maersk wind turbine blade rack project, built by #ZPMC, successfully passed its 5,000-tonne heavy load test and weight test. With this, all major tests for the project are now complete. This wind turbine blade rack is the industry’s first integrated #electromechanical #transport platform for #blades, #turbines, and #towers — a pioneering project where Maersk and our team turned a design concept into reality. We look forward to working with more partners to bring even more ideas to life!

The Aramco project manager chuckled. "You know what we call it? The 'zipper made in China.'" At King Salman Port in Saudi Arabia, the scorching #Persian Gulf heat creates unique engineering challenges. Rubber seals expand and contract, massive #steel #structures shift and warp. The challenge was keeping a 76.5-meter dock gate sealed against 3,000 tonnes of water pressure with a gap no thicker than paper. After countless setbacks, a veteran welder proposed a "layered steel" method that trimmed the error margin to just 0.1mm. In the end, this "zipper" clicked perfectly into place against the azure waters, sealing what would become the world's largest dry dock with its massive steel gate. In the waves of the Persian Gulf, you'll find more than just engineering—you'll find the story of #ZPMC's innovation, craftsmanship, and unwavering determination.

In just three years, the #Guangxi #Qinzhou #Automated Container Terminal has transformed from a blueprint into a thriving, globally-connected "smart port." This remarkable achievement was made possible through #ZPMC's comprehensive support. We designed and manufactured the terminal's complete infrastructure: 12 #STS cranes, 42 double #cantilever #cranes, 72 intelligent guided vehicles, 6 Intermodal RMGs, plus the IOC smart operations center and advanced equipment scheduling systems. Terminal throughput has climbed dramatically year over year: from 199,000 #TEUs in 2022 to 905,000 TEUs in 2023, reaching a new milestone of 1.656 million TEUs in 2024. These numbers represent more than just increased volume—they showcase a fundamental leap in operational quality.

Construction is now underway on #Australia’s North East Link Tunnels, which will include three steel bridges built by ZPMC for the section from #Burke Road to #Tram Road. North East Link will feature tunnels, bridges, and dedicated bus lanes, providing a smooth connection between #Melbourne’s northern and southeastern suburbs. After our success with the West Gate Bridge project, this is another important milestone for ZPMC. Our steel bridges meet Australia’s strict standards and lay a solid foundation for ZPMC’s continued growth in the Australian market.
