A few days ago, Saft Bordeaux had the pleasure of welcoming the RECORD association (Collaborative Network for Environment and Circular Economy), a long-standing partner of TotalEnergies. 🌱 RECORD brings together industry and research to accelerate the environmental transition through collaborative studies on waste, pollution, recycling, and circular economy. With over 280 projects since its creation, it plays a key role in advancing knowledge and innovation in environmental R&D. 🛬 It’s already been two weeks since the 2025 International Paris Air Show wrapped up, and what an incredible ride it was!   For this edition, we were proud to return to Le Bourget and demonstrate Saft's ongoing commitment to powering the future of aerospace. As Annie Sennet, Richard Hague, and Loïc Poly explained, Saft has been a trusted partner to the aviation and space industries for over 90 years.   🔋Today, we power two-thirds of the global commercial fleet and are the leading battery supplier for satellites. Earlier today, we had the pleasure of welcoming Enchanted Tools and TotalEnergies teams to our #Poitiers site. 🤝⚡ Enchanted Tools brought their humanoid robot, #Mirokai, to demonstrate how it could support Saft’s safety training sessions in the “Safety Dojo,” one of which can be found on every Saft site. 🎉 Joyeux anniversaire, Saft Nersac! Last week, we proudly celebrated the 50th anniversary of our Nersac site. Since 1975, it has been an integral part of Saft’s industrial and technological and human story. To celebrate this milestone, we held a week of activities from June 16 to 20, including fun and educational workshops for all employees. It was a great way to honor our collective journey and recharge our team spirit! A heartfelt thank you to all the teams, past and present, who made this 50-year success possible in Nersac. Our mission is to be ready for the future of aviation batteries! 🔋We met with Chuck Schofield to learn how our new Li-ion battery stores more than twice the energy of a lead-acid battery in the same weight and one and a half times the energy in the same volume.
