⚽️ Throwback to June 12th – Foot Éolien 2025! Exactly one month ago, we hit the pitch and gave it our all at Foot Éolien – and what a day it was! With a team of around 30 players and supporters, we battled it out under the blazing summer sun (yes, literally in the heat of the moment) 💨🌞 An unforgettable day filled with team spirit, laughter, sweat, and shared passion — not only for football, but for the wind industry that brings us all together. Foot Éolien is the go-to annual event for the French wind energy sector — where developers, manufacturers, operators, consultants, insurers and lawyers trade their desks for jerseys, and take to the field just for the joy of the game. Our wind- and water-loving colleagues seized the moment and rode the North Sea—proof that we embrace wind in every sense. 🔎 How is wind energy doing? Wind power is booming, with over 100 GW installed in 2024 alone. But we’re not there yet. Growth must double to meet climate goals. Key challenges? Slow permitting, limited grid capacity, supply chain pressure, lack of long term PPAs, and the need for broader public support. 💡 Why #GlobalWindDay matters It’s not just about turbines—it’s about people.
