Redpath Partners had the honour of partnering with the Property Council New Zealand to support the Women in Property 'Inspired By' Leadership lunch. Hosted at the scenic Ilex Café in the Botanic Gardens, the event brought together professionals to explore leadership in the property sector, the role of purpose in decision-making, and how embracing diversity leads to stronger outcomes in the built environment. Casey Donnithorne from Redpath Partners led an insightful conversation, guiding discussions on overcoming industry challenges and how we can create more opportunities for growth and development in the sector.
