The impetus to establish the business was born out of a belief amongst the founders that the industry is in need of a consultancy relationship that can act in 'true partnership'. This belief has been reaffirmed by the continual feedback from global property and construction markets over the last ten years, as well as from the professional opinion of one of the most experienced management teams in this field.     Last Tuesday, the Redpath Partners Adelaide team traded the desk for the kitchen and volunteered at Ronald McDonald House Charities South Australia in North Adelaide. 👨🍳👩🍳   We had the privilege of cooking and serving dinner for families going through incredibly tough times and offering not just a meal, but a chance to connect, listen and support.   “When a child is sick, families need each other more than ever. 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 – 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗳 $𝟯𝟯.𝟭𝗯 to be allocated to health services including developing x3 new hospitals and expanding 10 existing ones. 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗳 $𝟮𝟭.𝟵𝗯 inclusive of $1.09b for 15 new schools and campuses. 𝗢𝗹𝘆𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗰 𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 – $𝟰.𝟳𝗯 for implementing the 2032 delivery plan with venues and villages. 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 – 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗳 $𝟰𝟭.𝟳𝗯 for transport and road infrastructure. 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗶����𝗴 – $𝟱.𝟲𝗯 to deliver more social and community housing, and $2b allocated to fast-track new housing developments. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂?     Senior Program Executive (Client side) – One of the largest projects in Australian history   I have been exclusively engaged to support one of the most exciting, complex and ambitious projects undertaken in this country.   Major local and international stakeholders, huge workforce, multiple locations and reporting to senior level decision makers.   This is without question a legacy project for an individual that has operated at a C-Suite level, ran a large workforce who have delivered the largest projects we have seen in Australia across infrastructure, mining, and/or construction.   The role is ultimately responsible for the delivery of this major project on time and budget whilst recruiting an executive leadership group, management of major stakeholders (local and international travel required) and reporting on project milestones at a senior level.   Should this be of interest please call me for a confidential conversation 0404 455 566 / Jay@redpathpartners.com
