Collaborate closely with the Pricing and Customer Excellence Teams to ensure effective solutions for customers. *Provide operational supervision based on responsibilities when necessary. Required Skills: *Proven experience in business development or sales management within the logistics industry, particularly Project Logistics. *Strong understanding of service offerings, operational requirements, and market dynamics specific to UAE/GCC regions. *Excellent communication skills with an ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization. *Strategic thinker capable of analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities. *Strong negotiation skills with experience managing high stakes deals effectively. *Self-motivated with strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. *Strong command MS Office (Excel, Word & Power Point). *Incumbent must be confident to create & deliver presentations to clients & management.
