Michael Skapinker is a contributing editor at the Financial Times and Editorial Director of the FT HR Forum. He was an FT reporter, senior editor and award-winning columnist for 34 years. Among the positions he held were FT Weekend editor and management editor.
His writing has been widely recognised for its contribution to workplace thinking, with awards from the Work Foundation, WorkWorld Media, and Editorial Intelligence.
