Dan Clancy
CEO, Twitch
Dan Clancy is Chief Executive Officer at Twitch. He is responsible for Twitch’s vision and global strategy, and ensuring that Twitch’s product, technology, content, and operations are optimized to support and empower Twitch’s global community. He previously served as President and EVP of Product.
Prior to Twitch, Dan was the VP of Product and Engineering at Nextdoor leading product, engineering, and data science. In his nearly 10 years at Google, Dan was the Book Search engineering lead and led product ad engineering for YouTube. Dan began his career at NASA’s Ames Research Center where he was responsible for the computer science research including investments in autonomy, robotics, and artificial intelligence.
Dan holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Computer Science from Duke University. He streams on Twitch as DJClancy.
Justin McLeod
Founder & CEO, Hinge
Justin McLeod is Founder and CEO at Hinge, the dating app designed to be deleted. After a few years in management consulting, he attended Harvard Business School, where he was inspired to follow his passion for connecting people. Justin founded Hinge in February 2011 with a mission to create real-life connections. As a romantic and the protagonist of a real-life love story, Justin set out to create an intentional dating app to help millions of people find their person, too. Justin's vision for a more thoughtful experience resonated with singles and Match Group, which acquired the company in 2018. That same year, Hinge became the fastest-growing dating app in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
